Wow it’s already May! This was a very fun filled week for us, we had so much to do! In science this week we learned so many fascinating facts about our Crayfish! We learned about where they live, what they like to eat, and even how to pick them up properly!
The students had such a great time trying to pick them up, and some of us got to hold them! We also planted our class garden, and it turned out beautiful!
In Social Studies we had our trade fair Friday and we could not believe the amazing items all the students brought in. It was so much fun getting the chance to trade around the classroom, and also to see the different strategies the students used. Some students traded a couple small items for one large item, and some students
traded items they knew other students would enjoy in return for items they had.
In Wonders we continued learning about teamwork, and we use teamwork everyday in our classroom! We also made book reports on some of our favorite books, and they turned out very nice. We also worked extremely hard on the PARCC test Thursday and Friday! Great
