This week in science we started learning about Life Cycles! We observed a lima bean, and what would happen to it over night being submerged into water. We also learned the different parts of a plant, and we will continue to learn new and exciting things! We will eventually be growing our own lima bean plants.
In Wonders we started to learn about what inspires us. We also read different kinds of poetry, and we will be creating our own poems next week!
Our class field trip to the Franklin Institute was amazing! We saw so many interesting things, and we had a great day. It was helpful that we had already learned about some of the topics they had there. We got to fly our own airplanes at the Wright Brothers Exhibit, investigate other planets during the Moon Exhibit, and also adventure through the Lego Brick Exhibit! We all took a lot of awesome pictures, especially in the Lego Brick Exhibit. We hope you are enjoying your break, and we will see you all on Wednesday. :)
